Q: Do I drive to you?
A: We drive to you for your convenience!
Q: Can I opt out of a service or add something?
A: Of course! Message/email/call us or mention it in your booking and we’ll adjust the price of the detail
Q: Will price be based on how dirty my car is?
A: It may. If a car is in rough condition, that requires more labor and materials/chemicals used so price will be adjusted as needed. Repeated negotiation on price will not be tolerated.
Q: Is detailing a car worth it?
A: Absolutely! There are many benefits to having a car detailed, and not just for cosmetic purposes. A car detail service will make a used vehicle look new, and it will give the interior an opportunity to breathe (removing harmful contaminants such as smoke odors can be very beneficial).
The exterior of a vehicle will benefit greatly from auto detailing services as well. It removes any hard contaminants on the paint, including tree sap, spilled liquids, or bird poo. It makes for an excellent way to protect your paint!
After all, you’ve paid a lot of money for your car that you likely drive often, why wouldn’t you want to protect it and make it last?
Detailing a car before selling will ensure it looks as good as possible, making it more attractive to future buyers.
Q: How often should you detail your car?
A: That may depend on how often the car is used and how quickly it gets dirty. For most people, once every 3-5 months is perfect. But you may also choose to get a detail after a road trip, before a car show, or any time you want your ride to look its best. The great thing about frequent detailing is that the more often you do it, the less time it takes. We offer a maintenance detail plan for a discount where you pick how often you want your car detailed ranging from every 3-6 weeks.
Q: Can you remove bad smells from my car?
A: Yes! Air fresheners don’t always do the job, they only cover up the scent. We offer an ozone treatment for $45 an hour to remove stenches and smells.
Q: Are drive thru car washes actually bad for cars?
A: Yes, and there are plenty of reasons why. The water used is recycled. That means you’re getting water filled with dirt and old soap sprayed on your car. This soap is also highly abrasive and probably does more damage than good. Also the brushes can scratch and damage the clear coat on your paint. It’s may be quick and cheap but it comes at a cost for your car exterior.
Q:Do I need to clean out my car before detailing?
A: It is advised to remove any big items from your vehicle that may get in the way. Small items such as loose change, bags, and anything else that may be knocked around during the process should be removed. We will gladly move some things if we need but that will make your detail take longer than usual and we may charge you if it is an inconvenience.
Q: How long does it take to detail a car?
A: The length of time to detail a car varies depending on the type and condition of your car and the service that you choose. Generally it will take around 2-3.5 hours.
Q: What type of payments do you take?
A: Cash is best. We also use CashApp, PayPal, and credit/debit card through Square.
